There are multiple eating plans and nutritional information out on the market. At times, the abundance of information surrounding nutrition can be overwhelming and confusing. It is excellent to consider all the different options available. However, one of the most important questions you can ask yourself is, Is this plan realistic for me and my lifestyle?
 
Get Real: Mindful Eating is a valuable fusion program designed to combine wholesome meal planning with a realistic approach, helping busy individuals and families save time and money. This course demonstrates practical ways to transform mealtime into a meaningful experience, rather than a costly, rushed, and wasteful routine.
 
This 2.5-hour Program includes:
Education focused on mindful food choices and meal planning
Worksheets and activities to help Get Real about nutrition, cost, and waste
Step-by-step instructions for meal prep and storage
Wholesome lunch prepared during class
Digital resource book
$10 from each ticket sold will be donated to the local food pantry, along with a selection of non-perishable food items.
