What's your EQ?

Science is fascinating and relates to everything! This class will explore the science behind the human biofield and how it relates to your health and inner balance.

The class will also introduce the use of tuning forks as a fast, easy, and effective way to regulate disrupted energy back into flow through sound, frequency, and vibration. We will study universal frequencies and what frequencies are most optimal for common ailments such as sinuses and migraines, as well as reducing stress and increasing relaxation.

The class includes light snacks and refreshments.
